Senior Content Strategist

About the Role
iBeat is a recruiting agency that supports tech companies and digital companies in Europe to grow by implementing the best recruiting and employer branding strategies. We are looking for a Senior Content Manager who will plan, design, and create target group-specific content for various channels and target groups together with our subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a content marketing strategy and drive its implementation
- Take care of user-centered messaging and consistent storytelling
- Transform strong content into different formats and place it on appropriate channels to promote reach and growth
- Plan and create target group-specific content, based on the customer lifecycle, together with our product and customer experts
- Responsible for SEO planning and rely on effective keyword and topic clustering
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of the content and optimize the content strategy based on data and user feedback
- Develop relevant content for our social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) based on target group, brand, and product goals to increase awareness
Requirements
- At least 3 years of editorial experience in content marketing, ideally in the B2B tech/enterprise software or insurance/brokerage sector
- Experience in developing and implementing content strategies
- In-depth knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot, and new content tools such as ChatGPT
- A strategic thinker and practical doer
- A team player and enjoy working cross-functionally
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
