Job Title: Solutions Delivery Consultant

We are seeking a talented Solutions Delivery Consultant to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our Healthcare Solutions & Partnership team, you will play a crucial role in developing new capabilities and driving long-term profitable partnerships with our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to establish project charters and plans for each engagement component, ensuring clearly stated and agreed-upon goals and objectives.
  • Own the execution of solutions components as part of a contract or mission, managing project delivery and aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with colleagues within the Solutions Delivery Team to define, plan, and execute the implementation of projects and service programs for Healthcare Solutions customer hospitals.
  • Bring domain expertise in process re-engineering, analytics, change management, and digital/software platform implementation to deliver outcome-driven projects.
  • Participate as a domain expert in the commercial process for potential engagement opportunities and contribute to the development of delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Track and report on key metrics to the Cluster Solution Delivery Lead, ensuring accurate tracking of gains and savings for customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in consulting activities, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a strong analytical base and knowledge of Lean and process optimization methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing or applying digital/software platforms within hospital/clinical settings and supporting patient, clinical, and other hospital teams to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas to varied stakeholders, and build networks and partnerships collaboratively with peers.
  • Fluency in local language (German) and a fluent level of written and spoken English, with further knowledge of Dutch a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time in the DACH-NL region.
