Solution Delivery Analyst Graduate

About the Role:

Boston Scientific is seeking a skilled Solution Delivery Analyst Graduate to join our Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of key project targets, including data-analytics, structured communications, digital platform support, and other project deliverables.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships Team in setting up and implementing strategic customer projects in the areas of process optimization and therapy advisory solutions and digital implementation & support.
  • Collaborate with local project teams in the development of customer deliverables, reviewing progress and exposing findings to varied stakeholders.
  • Participate in all project delivery activities, including customer sessions, leadership reviews, and other meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic planning by providing insight and intelligence on accounts in remit to support growth of BSC market positioning and share.
  • Support the development of project standard tools and sharing learning experiences across HS&P delivery community.
  • Build project plans as part of milestone roadmaps and plans for project teams involved.
  • Build project data-dashboards and apply these as part of project close-out expectations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package with strong preference for proficiency in at least one database/analytics software package (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matlab, SQL).
  • Fluency in English + 1 other language required (preference for: German, French, Turkish, Flemish, Arabic).
  • Desire to learn and develop in the healthcare/health-tech commercial sector. Willingness to engage flexibly across numerous, varied projects in several geographies.
  • Flexibility: willingness to travel (0-70%) as well as providing support remotely.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: engaging and proactive style.
  • Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches that will be exposed to.
  • Well-organised with attention to detail: able to carefully and meticulously deconstruct a problem, building a plan to address with well-structured and comprehensive approaches.
  • Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges.
