About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager Sweden to join our International Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the entire customer journey of our Swedish-speaking shops.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) within the customer experience and operational space, and initiate conversations with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
- Translate and localize various texts from German and English for the Swedish audience, including sales campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, and marketing materials.
- Conduct quality assurance across our app, desktop, and mobile shops, and test new features to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor competitors and benchmark our sales campaigns, collaborations with celebrities and influencers, newsletter and push notifications strategy, and services.
- Manage our community by engaging with customers, responding to app reviews, and understanding customer pain points.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of work experience in operations, linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Native speaker competence in Swedish and/or Norwegian, with fluency in English and basic German skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
