As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in our EMEA region, working closely with the regional CFO to analyze business performance and prepare decision proposals for regional management meetings and the Group Executive Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve our reporting system, ensuring accurate and timely financial data for our largest region.
  • Support regional budget and forecast processes, maintaining/updating budgeting and forecasting templates, consolidating on regional level, and running quality/consistency checks.
  • Collaborate with regional management to analyze current business performance and prepare decision proposals.
  • Participate in selected EMEA finance projects, such as FX protection improvements.
  • Act as the EMEA key user for our investment approval process tool.

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree in Business Administration or Finance, with optional practical experience in Finance/Controlling.
  • Strong understanding of numbers and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business fluent English skills.
  • Confidence in using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and potentially SAP FICO, VBA, or Python.
  • Experience working in an international environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
