Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join our EMEA region team. As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for our reporting in the EMEA region, further developing and improving our reporting system, and supporting regional budget and forecast processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our reporting system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support regional budget and forecast processes, including maintaining/updating budgeting and forecasting templates.
  • Analyze current business performance and prepare decision proposals for regional management meetings and the Group Executive Committee.
  • Collaborate with regional CFO to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Participate in selected EMEA finance projects, such as FX protection improvements.
  • Act as the contact person for colleagues in sales and controlling regarding customer and product data.
  • Be the EMEA key user for our investment approval process tool.
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Strong understanding of numbers and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business fluent English skills.
  • Possibility of experience in SAP FICO, VBA, or Python is a plus.
  • International work experience and cultural awareness are highly valued.
