Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sanctions Compliance Officer, der sich auf das Internationale Risikomanagement spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil des Teams von ODDO BHF sein und sich auf die Überwachung und Analyse der regulatorischen Anforderungen zu Sanktions- und Embargothemen konzentrieren.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Beobachtung und Analyse der Entwicklungen der regulatorischen Anforderungen zu Sanktions- und Embargothemen, auch im Hinblick auf relevante internationale Anforderungen, sowie die Erstellung und Aktualisierung der entsprechenden internen Richtlinien, Verfahren und Mindeststandards.
  • Beobachtung neuer oder geänderter, warenbezogener Restriktionen durch Gesetze oder Verordnungen aus deutscher, EU- und US-Perspektive und Bewertung für das internationale Geschäft der Bank.
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der bankinternen risikoorientierten, warenbezogenen Steuerung des grenzüberschreitenden Geschäfts.
  • Erstellung von praxisorientierten Anweisungen, z.B. mit Checklisten und Tipps sowie Einarbeitung dieser Anweisungen in die sanktionsbezogenen bankinternen Richtlinien.
  • Begleitende Unterstützung bei ggf. notwendigen Anpassungen von Compliance-relevanten Prüfungen im 1LoD.
  • Unabhängige außenwirtschaftsrechtliche Beratung der Fachbereiche der Bank, die internationales Geschäft betreiben.
  • Erstellung von schriftlichen Beurteilungen von Auslandsgeschäften aus sanktions- und exportkontrollrechtlicher Sicht.
  • Übernahme der Konzeption und Durchführung von zielgruppenorientierten Schulungen mit dem Schwerpunkt nationales, europäisches und US-Sanktions- und Embargorecht.
  • Beurteilung der Außenhandelskontrollen von Firmen- und Geschäftskunden zur Ermittlung des Sanktionsrisikos für die Bank bei der Annahme von Kundenaufträgen im internationalen Geschäft.
Anforderungsprofil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Außenwirtschaftsrecht in einem größeren (möglichst dezentralen) Unternehmen oder in einer Behörde mit Bezug zum internationalen Warenverkehr.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium ist von Vorteil.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sanktions- und Exportkontrollrecht, sowohl im deutschen als auch im internationalen Umfeld (AWG, AWV, EU- und deutsche Embargos, nationale und EU-Warenbeschränkungen, US-Sanktions- und Exportkontrollrecht).
  • Nachgewiesene Expertise in der Beurteilung von technischen Fragestellungen ist von Vorteil, ebenso wie bankenspezifisches Wissen zur Exportfinanzierung.
  • Zielstrebigkeit, Umsicht, Überzeugungskraft, Belastbarkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, gutes Verständnis für komplexe Sachverhalte, Ausdrucksvermögen, Präsentationsfähigkeit.
  • Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
