Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Trade Specialist to join our team in Offenbach, Germany. As a key member of our Wholesale North Digital Strategy team, you will be responsible for driving sales while maintaining a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Support and coordinate the Wholesale North Digital Strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pre-bookings and order book conversion.
- Lead a high-class content and communication approach for our Pure Players, working closely with Channel Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate and facilitate consumer and customer needs, ensuring a smooth end-to-end shopping journey.
- 3 years' experience in a Wholesale or Merch role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn analysis into plans and actions.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience using digital tools and reports.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the business, influencing where required.
- High understanding of the market, customer, and consumer landscape.
