We're looking for a talented Digital Trade Specialist to join our team and help drive our Wholesale North Digital Strategy.

Responsibilities

Support and Coordinate Wholesale North Digital Strategy

  • Deep dive into product data to identify missing items and optimize sellout and stock levels.
  • Analyze bestseller and worstseller data to inform trade decisions.
  • Monitor low cover and sellthrough to ensure timely reactions.
  • Own the execution of onsite plans to drive KPIs and meet strategy goals.
  • Track campaigns and learn from data-driven insights to ensure impactful launches.
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to achieve sellout and sell-in.
  • Provide market and competition insights through SWOT analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with KAMs to monitor results, progress, and update strategies.

Lead High-Class Content and Communication Approach

  • Coordinate consumer and customer needs through consumer insights.
  • Ensure a seamless end-to-end shopping journey.
  • Highlight key products or trends through edits, headers, and content spots.
  • Drive e-com standards to ensure brand presence and consistency.
  • Own the sequencing of category pages to drive CTR and conversion rate.
  • Build a structure to deliver consumer-relevant details for higher sellthrough.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Focused on driving sales while maintaining a seamless customer journey.
  • Data-driven, understanding the digital customer, and using key onsite metrics to drive performance.
  • Digital KPI native, with strong analytical skills and ability to turn analysis into plans and actions.
  • Solutions-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Test and learn mentality.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • 3 years' experience in a Wholesale or Merch role.
  • High understanding of the market, customer, and consumer landscape.
  • Ability to translate sales strategy into consumer-facing presence.
  • Previous experience using digital tools and reports.
  • Effective communication across all levels of the business, influencing where required.
