We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our accounting and payments products. As a key member of our Corporate Services Tribe, you will be responsible for owning and refining our payment interface in NetSuite, reconciliation solutions for Raisin bank's payment services, and Raisin subsidiary's approval workflow, expense allocation, and fixed asset management features.
You will work closely with our finance teams and collaborate with leaders from Raisin bank core and data tribes, Deposits tribe, Business Development, and Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery, and work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations.
- Develop and maintain product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clear communication and understanding among stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product development to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on accounting and financial operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and experience working with ERP systems, such as NetSuite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial operations, with the ability to develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategies.
