The Business Innovation & Application Services team, functioning as our internal IT division, is tasked with advancing SAP's IT strategy and its execution. We leverage our expertise in technology and business processes to drive the internal use of standardized applications that assist end-users in executing and re-engineering their workflows across all lines of business, with a strong emphasis on user-centricity. Our goal is to accelerate co-innovation with development teams and broaden the application of SAP's standard products within the organization, shifting our focus from maintaining a heavily customized environment to optimizing our processes using standard services. To enhance our Agile/Scrum team, we are seeking a dedicated working student. The Business Innovation & Application Services organization operates with a focus on execution, collaborating across functions in close alignment with all our business lines, development teams, HANA Enterprise Cloud, and support services.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project management across various initiatives
  • Assist in risk and dependency management
  • Prepare for meetings and executive presentations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required qualifications include:

  • Enrollment in a university program in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Background in Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and working with Excel

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Previous internships or working student roles in a related field are preferred
  • Experience collaborating with multicultural teams
  • Availability for a minimum commitment of 6 months
