Student Assistant in Project Portfolio Management & Analytics (m/f/d)

You will work alongside your team to manage IT infrastructure and assist departments in providing business software that enhances efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to explore new IT trends and develop your expertise in the IT sector, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Support the Portfolio Management team within the IT Service Management department by preparing regular reports and expanding the No-Code infrastructure.
  • Identify requirements through modeling analyses and visualizing the results.
  • Independently develop KPI dashboards using relevant reporting tools.
  • Contribute to the automation of business processes using NoCode/LowCode applications and assist in their development.
Your Profile
  • You are a student (m/f/d) in Project Portfolio Management & Analytics, pursuing a degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You possess a strong affinity for IT and have some practical experience in the IT environment.
  • You have foundational knowledge in advanced analytics methods and practical experience with relevant tools (e.g., Alteryx).
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Platform (App, Flow, Automate, etc.).
  • You can demonstrate experience with web standards and APIs, such as REST, CSS, XML, or SQL.
  • Additionally, you have basic knowledge of C#, Visual Studio, and Python.
  • Your analytical thinking and methodical approach set you apart.
  • You have excellent proficiency in both German and English.
