Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Werkstudenten IT Support, der sich für die Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Dienstleistungen begeistern kann.

Tasks

Als Werkstudent IT Support bei der GREEN IT GmbH wirst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der technischen Unterstützung unserer Kunden spielen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Rechtzeitige und effektive technische Unterstützung für End-user per Telefon, E-Mail, persönlich oder remote.
  • Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkproblemen.
  • Untersuchung und Behebung von IT-Problemen, sowohl hardware- als auch softwarebezogen.
  • Liefer einen hervorragenden Kundenservice, indem du die IT-Anfragen, Anliegen und Wünsche der End-user professionell und höflich bearbeitest.
  • Führ genaue Aufzeichnungen über IT-Supportanfragen, Lösungen und Systemkonfigurationen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Durchsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -protokollen zum Schutz sensibler Daten und zur Wahrung der Systemintegrität.
Requirements

Wir suchen nach einem Studenten in der Fachrichtung Informatik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung, der:

  • Lust und Interesse in einem internationalen Unternehmen zu arbeiten hat.
  • Eine gewisse Lernbereitschaft mitbringt.
  • Idealerweise bereits Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Fehlerbehebung sowie in der Diagnose und Lösung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen besitzt.
  • Außerdem eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Serviceorientierung besitzt.
