Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team at Applike Group GmbH. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a broad range of positions in our various teams, always striving for a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
You will drive projects connected to employer branding to build and develop our brand and reputation as an employer of choice. This includes writing job postings, participating in briefing calls, active sourcing, first-round interviews, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
You will also track accurate talent acquisition metrics and provide regular reporting. Additionally, you will support your peers and other colleagues in all recruiting topics, such as providing guidance and training on our Applicant Tracking System.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in recruiting for roles at various seniority levels, at least 2 years of experience in recruiting for tech and business positions, preferably in a gaming or adtech industry. You should have strong communication skills and fluent English; German is a plus.
You will be experienced in active sourcing via different channels, building good relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You should be KPI-driven and result-oriented, with social media and networking affinity and a willingness to stay up to date with the latest trends in talent attraction.
