Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned leader to assume the role of Director of IT Infrastructure. This pivotal position reports directly to the VP of IT Operations and offers a unique opportunity to engage with senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions at the highest level. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Networking & Datacenter Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee and expand a talented team of approximately 10 engineers, architects, and program managers.
  • Innovative Architecture: Lead the architectural vision for our network infrastructure, ensuring peak performance and robust security measures.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage critical operations including IP routing, load balancing, and DNS management to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Project Management: Direct significant projects such as data center relocations and the transition to advanced load balancing technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and enhance relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and exceptional support for our services.
