About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Engagement Business Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) Unit Client Services, you will be responsible for driving employee and executive engagement initiatives that support the unit's objectives and enhance overall efficiency of employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the successful implementation of employee and executive engagement activities, focusing on standardized content delivery and value-driven storytelling.
- Oversee the unit's most relevant achievements, evaluate internal and external opportunities for content placement, and steer the achievement collection.
- Manage business-specific campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across CPIT and SAP.
- Manage the central communication infrastructure and tools to enhance overall communication efficiency.
- Conduct governance of communication assets and manage relevant stakeholders and communities to ensure consistency across the CPIT organization.
- Support external executive engagements and ensure a unified, one-voice messaging.
- Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of the unit Client Services.
About the Team
The Employee Engagement & Governance CoE team is part of CPIT Business Operations, driving core business services for the entire CPIT organization. We assist the Chief Process & Information Officer (CPIO) and L3 managers with managing strategic initiatives, maintain high standards of employee engagement, and enhance governance of operational services.

Requirements
- Have a strong background in managing employee engagement activities with excellent communication skills.
- Have experience in working closely with senior executives and C-Level stakeholders.
- Understanding the CPIT organization and its priorities is beneficial.
- Bringing a background in IT / Client Services appreciated.
- Approach problem-solving with a results-oriented mindset, with a solid experience and a proven track record in similar roles.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in business economics, communications, or a related field with relevant practical experience in the area of project management and executive engagement.
