Business Transformation Services (BTS) ist die Management-Beratungseinheit innerhalb der SAP. Wir helfen Kunden dabei, von Technologie und Digitalisierung zu profitieren. Sei es durch das gemeinsame Entwickeln von betriebswirtschaftlichen Innovationen, den Einsatz neuer Software-Lösungen bis hin zu Ideen für eine bessere Transformation – der Kundennutzen steht stets im Mittelpunkt.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben

Bei BTS fungieren wir als vertrauenswürdige Berater und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei ihren großen Transformationsprojekten sowohl aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht als auch bei den entsprechenden IT-Maßnahmen. Gemeinsam helfen wir Kunden im Energie- und öffentlichen Sektor, ihre drängendsten Digitalisierungsthemen zu lösen.

Wir suchen dynamische und beratungsorientierte KollegInnen aus einem multinationalen Umfeld, die organisatorischen Wandel und Innovation effektiv vorantreiben können sowie Industrieerfahrung mitbringen. Der ideale Kandidat/die ideale Kandidatin bringt folgendes mit:

  • Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis der Geschäfts- und Technologietrends des öffentlichen Sektors, zusätzliche Erfahrung in der Energiebranche wäre ein Plus
  • Erfahrungen in der Personalführung (sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch) wären ein Plus
  • Umfassende und fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP-Strategie, des neuesten Produktportfolios und ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Geschäftsstrategien
  • Berufserfahrung in der MEE-Region (Vertrautheit mit Arbeitskulturen)
  • Pflege enger Kundenbeziehungen in der Region
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der projektunterstützenden Methoden und der neuesten Tools
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einem relevanten Fachgebiet
  • Gutes Verständnis der aktuellen und zukünftigen Trends im öffentlichen Sektor und/oder der Energiebranche
  • Erfahrung in der selbstverwalteten Projektarbeit mit Kunden mit der Möglichkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten bzw. zu betreuen
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
  • Die Fähigkeit, konzeptionell zu denken und sich auf Qualität und Leistungen zu konzentrieren
  • Flexibilität und Fähigkeit, sich schnell an eine neue Umgebung anzupassen
  • Business Development Experience, um schnell auf eine sich ändernde Umgebung zu reagieren
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, wirkungsvolle Präsentationen zu entwerfen und vorzubereiten
  • Nachweisliche Führungskompetenz bei der Motivation von Teams in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Nachgewiesene externe Veröffentlichungen im relevanten Bereich – z. B. in führenden Panels und Diskussionen, Zeitungsartikeln, Präsentationen auf Konferenzen, wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten usw.
  • Can-do-Einstellung
  • Exzellente Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) erforderlich (Kundenprojekte im öffentlichen Sektor sind hauptsächlich in deutscher Sprache)
