As a valued member of our global Strategic Sales Consumer team, you will play a crucial role as a Pricing Manager. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and ensure compliance across international markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the global consumer strategic sales team to devise and execute pricing and revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Develop and refine international pricing frameworks and trade terms to align with compliance standards and customer profitability objectives.
  • Proactively manage pricing performance and oversee pricing processes to ensure global governance.
  • Engage with regional management, marketing, and controlling to facilitate effective pricing governance.
  • Lead pricing projects and strategic initiatives, including CPM and AML, while managing negotiations for international key accounts.
  • Create analytical tools and reports for ongoing pricing and revenue management, as well as conduct ad hoc analyses.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the FMCG or consulting sectors, particularly in pricing, strategic marketing, or sales excellence within an international context.
  • A Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in English, with German language skills considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A commitment to achieving results and a focus on goals and priorities.
  • Digital proficiency to effectively utilize digital tools and strategies.
  • A confident presence in diverse, multicultural environments.
