As a vital member of our global Strategic Sales Consumer team, you will take on the role of a Pricing Manager. In this capacity, you will be responsible for formulating and executing pricing and revenue enhancement strategies, overseeing international pricing structures, and driving pricing performance while adhering to compliance standards.

Your collaboration with regional management, marketing, and controlling will be crucial in ensuring effective global pricing governance, as well as managing pricing for key international accounts.

Additionally, you will be tasked with developing analytical tools and proactively managing strategic initiatives to bolster our pricing capabilities worldwide.


Your Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the global consumer strategic sales team to devise and implement pricing and revenue growth strategies.

- Enhance international pricing and trade term frameworks to align with compliance requirements and customer profitability objectives.

- Proactively drive pricing performance, manage pricing processes, and ensure global pricing governance in close partnership with regional management, marketing, and controlling.

- Actively manage pricing projects and strategic initiatives, including CPM and AML.

- Engage in managing and negotiating pricing opportunities for selected international key accounts.

- Develop analytical tools and reports for ongoing pricing and revenue management, as well as conduct ad hoc analyses.


What We Seek:

- Extensive experience in the FMCG or consulting sectors, particularly in pricing, strategic marketing, or sales excellence within an international context.

- A Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline.

- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is advantageous.

- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.

- A commitment to achieving results and a digital-savvy mindset to utilize digital tools and strategies effectively.

- A professional demeanor suited for an international and multicultural environment.
