Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain informational materials tailored for various audiences across formats such as PowerPoint, Word, and blog posts.
- Provide consultation on SAP One (intranet portal) regarding page templates, content quality, user experience, and best practices.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support project activities related to change management and communication strategies (What, When, How, to which audience?).
- Oversee the SAP One Professional Community.
- Measure success and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include communication or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Enthusiasm for discovering innovative communication methods within a virtual environment.
- Ability to drive assigned tasks and deliverables independently.
- Strong collaborative spirit and an interest in communication-related tasks.
About Your Team
The Employee Platform Team is responsible for developing and maintaining internal web applications for employees. Our goal is to equip SAP employees with the necessary tools to enhance their productivity and effectiveness in their roles.
Our applications facilitate collaboration, communication, and access to vital HR and role-specific processes.
