Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain informational materials for diverse audiences in various formats, including presentations, documents, and articles.
- Provide guidance on the SAP One intranet portal regarding page templates, content quality, user experience, and best practices.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support project management related to change management and communication strategies (What, When, How, and to which audience?).
- Oversee the SAP One Professional Community.
- Measure success and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include communication or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Eagerness to explore innovative communication methods within a virtual environment.
- Ability to drive assigned tasks and deliverables effectively.
- Strong collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in communication-related tasks.
About Your Team
The Employee Platform Team is responsible for developing internal web applications that enhance employee engagement. Our goal is to equip SAP employees with the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
Our applications facilitate collaboration, streamline communication, and provide access to essential HR and role-specific processes.
