Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our boutique in Hamburg. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing individualized customer service to our local and international clientele, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Assist in the sales process, including product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives
- Contribute to the visual merchandising and presentation of products in the store
- Assist with inventory management and stock maintenance
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in German and English, with additional language skills a plus
