Product Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Insights Specialist to join our team at MILES Mobility GmbH. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive product growth.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Monitor product performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain product analytic documentation, including requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze mobile click behavior to understand user behavior and translate data into actionable insights.
- Product Roadmap: Influence our product roadmap by providing data-driven recommendations to improve the mobile user experience.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, business information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a product analyst or similar role.
- Skills: Strong grasp of SQL and data analysis tools such as Tableau, Excel, Snowflake, Big Query.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset and the ability to think independently.
- Language: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
