Focus on Digital Experience
The Digital Experience team is dedicated to enhancing customer interactions across our digital platforms. We are developing the Corporate Bank Portal, a unified ecosystem where clients can access all their needs seamlessly. This initiative is central to our mission within the team.
As a Senior Frontend Architect, you will be instrumental in defining the visual and interactive components of our sophisticated web applications. You will collaborate with a team of full-stack developers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative frontend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior technical leadership to discuss team workflows, high-level technical implementations, and analyze software engineering metrics.
- Independently draft technical specifications and implement new features in our web applications using React, managing relationships with backend developers and API design.
- Communicate daily with the Design team to ensure a robust and accessible user experience.
- Participate in design discussions regarding the future direction of the application and platform.
- As a lead architect, contribute to enhancing code quality, exploring new technologies, mentoring junior team members, and implementing best practices in the software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in semantic HTML, modern CSS, and awareness of common security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).
- Proven experience of 5+ years in modern frontend development principles, with knowledge of additional libraries (Vue, Svelte, Remix, Next.js) considered advantageous.
- Advanced JavaScript skills (both vanilla and DOM), with proficiency in TypeScript required.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and a solid understanding of web networking and cryptographic principles.
- Familiarity with Web Accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.x).
- Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the frontend community are highly valued.
- Experience in leading small to medium-sized engineering teams is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
