Business Development and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our global law firm client's marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Frankfurt office and collaborating with colleagues across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective client targeting strategies, including go-to-market plans and pitches.
- Lead the creation of dynamic marketing materials, such as RFPs and client-facing pitches, that showcase the firm's capabilities and experience.
- Conduct market research on potential clients, competitors, and practice developments to identify business trends and opportunities.
- Manage and lead directory submissions and league rankings to enhance the firm's online presence.
- Oversee the upkeep and compilation of experience for the Frankfurt office, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute successful events, including targeted client lists, event materials, and follow-up activities.
- Identify and recommend conferences, speaking opportunities, and networking events that strengthen the firm's market recognition.
- Develop effective agendas for internal meetings and participate in knowledge sharing and best practices to highlight the work and initiatives of the Frankfurt office.
- Work closely with marketing personnel across the firm to drive industry and practice initiatives, communications, and pursuits.
- Act as a first point of contact for transactional business development requests.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Business development and marketing knowledge and skills gained in a law firm, professional services, or consultancy environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills and a creative, commercially minded approach.
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts, trends, and subject matter expertise.
- Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully independently and in conjunction with the marketing team and fee-earning stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and client service attitude.
- Able to integrate well into a geographically dispersed functional team.
- Highly developed Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and proficiency in contact relationship and experience management databases.
