- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry advancements, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products or services against competitors.

- Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation, providing any necessary handover and support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Language Skills: Native or high-level proficiency in Swiss-German/German and English is a must.
- Technical Background: Strong technical background and interest in conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML).
