Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Data Center Team Lead, der unsere Kunden bei der Transformation ihrer Datenzentren und Cloud-Infrastrukturen unterstützt.

Hauptraum

  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams mit wirtschaftlicher und Geschäftsverantwortung
  • Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Teams in Hinblick auf das Leistungs- und Produktportfolio zum hochwertigen Consulting für das Deployment von passgenauen Applikationen, Lösungen und Services im Data Center der Kunden sowie in der Microsoft-Cloud
  • Verantwortung für die Führung und Planung des Consultings für Microsoft Cloud-Services
  • Analyse, Beratung, Kalkulation und Verhandlung komplexer IT-Migrationen von Data Centern, IT-Infrastrukturen und -Plattformen sowie Applikationen für Kunden
  • Technologie- und Vorgehensberatung von Kunden, Partnern und Top-Management zu Projekten mit einem Höchstmaß an Stabilität bei geringstmöglichen Beeinträchtigungen der laufenden Services

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von ICT-Transformationsprojekten für Data Center, Infrastrukturen, Applikationen und in die Microsoft-Cloud als Dienstleister im Enterprise Segment
  • Mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung, sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch
  • Fundierte technische und methodische Kenntnisse für die Migration von komplexen Applikationslandschaften auf neue Infrastrukturen bzw. Plattformen
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung der Einführung von Cloud-basierten Microsoft-Services, auch zur Umsetzung im eigenen Betrieb bei OS
  • Professionelles, vertrauenswürdiges und empathisches Auftreten auf CxO-Ebene
  • Hohes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie wirtschaftliches Verständnis
