Your Responsibilities

As a Student Assistant in the Voice of the Customer Program (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our feedback ecosystem. Your primary duties will involve gathering, interpreting, and utilizing customer insights to foster actionable strategies and improve our customer success initiatives. This role presents an excellent opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in feedback management techniques while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our customer experience.

  • Survey Design and Oversight: Collaborate with various teams to create and execute diverse customer surveys, track performance, and suggest enhancements to improve data quality.
  • Customer Advisory Boards (CABs): Support the organization and facilitation of Customer Advisory Board meetings to collect insights from key stakeholders for product development and strategic planning.
  • In-Product Feedback Systems: Work alongside product development teams to establish effective in-product feedback systems for efficient data collection.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses of feedback data, generating detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement Efforts: Actively seek opportunities to refine feedback processes and enhance the overall customer experience through collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Statistics, Empirics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a solid grasp of statistical principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or R/Python.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer success, market research, or data analysis is advantageous.
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English at a B2 level.
