Student Assistant in Customer Success

Position Overview:

As a student assistant in the realm of customer feedback, you will be instrumental in overseeing our feedback ecosystem, ensuring that customer insights are systematically gathered, analyzed, and leveraged for actionable outcomes. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to acquire hands-on experience with feedback management techniques while contributing to the enhancement of our customer success initiatives.

Key Duties:

  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to develop and execute various customer surveys, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Track survey performance, discern trends, and propose enhancements to improve response rates and data quality.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating customer advisory board meetings to collect insights from key stakeholders influencing product strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to establish internal feedback mechanisms that guarantee seamless integration and effective data collection.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of feedback data to extract actionable insights and identify trends.
  • Compile detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, emphasizing key findings and suggestions for improvement.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to refine feedback processes and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Work with internal teams to implement best practices and foster continuous improvement in customer success strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a solid grasp of statistical concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or R/Python.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience in customer success, market research, or data analysis is a plus.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
