Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Clearstream Banking S.A. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new services and the strategic direction of our Collateral Management offering.
Key Responsibilities- Define and develop Collateral Management services in line with our overall strategy, working closely with customers, sales, and operations teams.
- Understand business drivers and contribute to profit generation through effective management of our Collateral Lending and Liquidity Solutions (CLLS) service offering.
- Ensure in-depth understanding of risks and regulations affecting our collateral management products and maintain an appropriate risk and return balance.
- Define, coordinate, and follow up on projects with our Product Delivery and Operations department, leveraging strong interaction and network.
- Support sales, relationship management, and operations teams at a global level, interfacing with internal stakeholders including legal, tax, credit, risk, compliance, accounting, and regulatory reporting.
- Participate in industry working groups and present our CLLS collateral management solutions to clients, internal, and external working groups, developing a network of customer and industry contacts.
- Work closely with our marketing department to develop enhanced visibility for our product line, initiate, improve marketing material, and product documentation, actively representing CLLS at social media.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a company-wide go-to-market plan, including pricing approach.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration, with a Master's degree being an advantage.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in a similar position, with knowledge in securities finance and/or collateral management.
- Experience in marketing principles and executing go-to-market practices.
- Dynamic with a clear drive to grow the business and plan for the next generation of collateral management solutions.
- Analytical mind to drill down into business numbers and derive micro and macro trends that impact business growth.
- Strategic and innovative, pushing new ideas to constructively disrupt the status quo.
- Knowledge of Clearstream's and Eurex's services and products.
- Accomplished product management skills proven in a multicultural/multinational environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and able to work across different products.
- Excellent presentation skills, outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent English is essential, and business-level modern European languages (e.g., French, German) is an advantage.
- Dedication, flexibility, and competent handling of MS Office applications.
