Job Title: Project Manager Engineering

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in project management, new product introduction, and technical leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the development of new pyrometer products, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope and plan new product development projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and meet project schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and monitor projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using relevant project management tools.
  • Drive execution to meet or exceed program targets, including monitoring and quantifying progress of engineering efforts.
  • Effectively communicate project status and results to senior management and external customers.
  • Plan, direct, and monitor schedules and budget/spending, reporting on budget/spending status to the Finance group.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate project management, new product introduction, or product management.
  • Strong history of project leadership and successfully managing high-performance cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to speak, create presentations, and communicate technical details internally and to customers.
