Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the marketing landscape? Join us as a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) and spearhead groundbreaking campaigns that resonate within the healthcare sector. Your insights and creativity will be essential in driving impactful projects.

As a part of our team, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with both global objectives and local needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, while crafting effective marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with our Centre of Excellence to refine content strategies, optimize KPIs, and manage relationships with external partners.
  • Engage with both global and local stakeholders to monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
  • Create and manage centralized marketing content for various sectors, while organizing webinars and participating in industry events.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, complemented by international exposure and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in German (C1) and English (C1).
  • Demonstrated expertise in persona development, lead generation, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience in marketing research, statistical analysis, A/B testing, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Background in managing online reputation and brand strategy; experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.
