Job Description

As a Community Manager at Scalable GmbH, you will be responsible for fostering a strong online presence and engaging with our communities across various platforms. You will be the key point of contact for our online audience, ensuring that our brand is represented consistently and positively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online community strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and manage online brand sentiment, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand community needs and preferences.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of social media content, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Analyze and report on community feedback, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a relevant field, such as social media management or community engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for social media, finance, and digital products.
  • Familiarity with current social media platforms and their characteristics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Affinity for writing and language.
  • Proficiency in Google suite or Microsoft tools.
  • Fluency in German and English, both oral and written.
