Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Global Community Development Manager to lead our international community engagement efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage, support, and empower our global community of medical students and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a sense of belonging and connection among our global community members.
- Program Development: Collaborate with our international community program lead to develop and implement programs that support the growth and development of our community members.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, partners, and sponsors.
- Data Management: Manage and analyze data to inform community engagement strategies and program development.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage and support our global community members.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to equip community members with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement strategies and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in community engagement, program development, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in data management and analysis, and experience with community engagement strategies and program development.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
