This is a unique opportunity to join Personio's Marketing Operations team as a Marketing Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns, working closely with our field marketing teams across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide dedicated support to international markets, ensuring newer regions receive the attention they need to accelerate growth.
- Increase operational capacity for the team by handling high-value day-to-day tasks efficiently.
- Manage tasks such as building marketing nurture campaigns, one-off campaigns such as events & webinars and ensuring leads are delivered to sales teams promptly.
- Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent support and alignment.
- Represent the business as an expert in HubSpot and the other components of the marketing tech stack.
- Work on longer-term strategic projects to improve the effectiveness of Personio's marketing team.
- Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with our marketing automation agency to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
- Skills: Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot & Salesforce.
- Detail Oriented: Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive Attitude: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
