The Role: Make a Lasting Impact at Personio

This is a unique opportunity to join Personio's Marketing Operations team as a Marketing Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns, working closely with our field marketing teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated support to international markets, ensuring newer regions receive the attention they need to accelerate growth.
  • Increase operational capacity for the team by handling high-value day-to-day tasks efficiently.
  • Manage tasks such as building marketing nurture campaigns, one-off campaigns such as events & webinars and ensuring leads are delivered to sales teams promptly.
  • Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent support and alignment.
  • Represent the business as an expert in HubSpot and the other components of the marketing tech stack.
  • Work on longer-term strategic projects to improve the effectiveness of Personio's marketing team.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with our marketing automation agency to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
  • Skills: Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot & Salesforce.
  • Detail Oriented: Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
