Key Responsibilities

  • Handle debt collection files independently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer accounts
  • Communicate with customers, borrowers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to negotiate payment agreements and resolve disputes
  • Assess customer situations and make informed decisions on payment agreements, taking into account financial and legal implications
  • Monitor payment agreements and prepare and execute enforcement measures as necessary
  • Document all interactions and transactions in the customer management system

Requirements

  • Background in a commercial field or as a legal assistant
  • Experience with banking claims and negotiation skills
