About the Role

Festo Corporation is seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize Festo's market share at key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and develop account management plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites, including production managers, engineers, and procurement specialists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Negotiate and manage local and international contracts to ensure maximum cooperation and alignment with customer needs.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in Electric Automation, Process Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Fluent language skills in English.
  • 3-5 years' external experience in sales and/or project management.
  • 2+ years' experience in Festo.
  • Basic knowledge of the industry segment area in which the key account is dedicated.
