Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with our local and international clients, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service to our clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Utilize your product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients, identifying their style and preferences
- Support the visual merchandising and presentation of our products in-store
- Manage inventory and assist with stockroom duties
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and dynamic personality with excellent customer service skills and a passion for fashion
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable role
- Engagement, enthusiasm, and resilience
- Enjoy working with high-quality products
- Proficiency in modern media and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent German and English language skills, with additional language skills a plus
