Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
