Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and overseeing practical training operations for nursing students at Klinikum Starnberg and affiliated institutions.
  • Building and nurturing collaborative partnerships and networks.
  • Providing guidance and support to training partners and educational institutions.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection of nursing apprentices.
  • Coordinating the application process and engaging in candidate interviews.
  • Facilitating communication between the nursing education department and practical training sites.
  • Arranging and managing meetings with partner organizations.
  • Monitoring compliance with required supervision times for practical instructors.
  • Managing invoicing processes between collaborating partners.

Qualifications:

  • Completed education in nursing or a related field.
  • Strong professional, interpersonal, and methodological competencies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Confident, communicative, and team-oriented.
