Practical Nursing Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage practical training operations for nursing students at Klinikum Starnberg and affiliated institutions.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with educational partners and training organizations.
- Provide guidance and support to partner organizations and training facilities.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for nursing apprentices.
- Facilitate the application process and engage in candidate interviews.
- Coordinate communication between the nursing school and practical training environments.
- Organize and lead meetings with partner organizations.
- Ensure compliance with required supervision hours for practical instructors.
- Manage invoicing and financial transactions between collaborating partners.
Qualifications:
- Completed education in nursing or a related field.
