Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage practical training operations for nursing students at Klinikum Starnberg and affiliated institutions.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with educational partners and training organizations.
  • Provide guidance and support to partner organizations and training facilities.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for nursing apprentices.
  • Facilitate the application process and engage in candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate communication between the nursing school and practical training environments.
  • Organize and lead meetings with partner organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with required supervision hours for practical instructors.
  • Manage invoicing and financial transactions between collaborating partners.

Qualifications:

  • Completed education in nursing or a related field.
