Technical Sales Specialist

Are you ready for a new challenge?
As a Technical Sales Specialist for induction hardening machinery, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Acquisition: You will identify and engage new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers across Europe, particularly in Germany.
- Needs Analysis: You will assess customer requirements and collaborate with our team to develop optimal technical solutions.
- Presentations and Negotiations: You will present these solutions to clients and negotiate contract terms effectively.
- Project Handover: Once a contract is secured, you will prepare a detailed specification document for our internal teams.
- Machine Acceptance: You will participate in the preliminary acceptance of machinery, either in person or remotely.
As the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, you will be integral to our sales organization.
What You Bring:- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in induction hardening machines or custom machinery is preferred.
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong negotiation skills.
- A friendly, persuasive, and goal-oriented demeanor.
- Willingness to travel and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
