About the Role:

We're seeking a highly analytical and creative individual to join our Supply Chain Excellence team as a Supply Chain & Operations Analyst. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our operations and supply chain processes, leveraging your data analysis skills and expertise to drive efficiency and smooth end-to-end logistics.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to design and improve business processes, driving strategic insights to inform growth and performance.
  • Develop and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Process large data sets, executing analyses for the department and top management to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with our business intelligence team to develop relevant reporting and optimize existing reporting.
  • Participate in strategic and operational projects, driving process improvements and automation.

About You:

  • You hold a degree in business or statistics, with a strong foundation in data analysis and supply chain management.
  • You have experience in data analytics, preferably in a supply chain context, with a proven track record of delivering insights-driven solutions.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Pivot, and familiarity with R or Python is a plus.
  • You're fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
