Sales Manager for Filtration Solutions (all genders) - Munerio Consulting GmbH

Munerio Consulting GmbH, a global leader in sustainable filtration technologies, is seeking a Sales Manager for Filtration Solutions. The designated sales area encompasses Bavaria, Eastern Germany, and Austria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoting and advising on products related to activated carbon, ion exchange systems, and filtration technologies.
  • Concentrating on sales initiatives and product promotion.
  • Overseeing the sales regions of Bavaria, Eastern Germany, and Austria, with an expected travel commitment of around 40%.
  • Delivering technical guidance and support to clients in sectors such as water treatment, wastewater management, air and gas purification, as well as the food and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Initial budget oversight of 1.5 million euros, with opportunities for future expansion.
  • Formulating and executing medium- to long-term strategies for customer engagement.
  • Conducting consultations with clients for contract discussions and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborating with Customer Support and Application Management teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Keeping abreast of market developments and participating in selected industry exhibitions.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales.
  • Technical proficiency and a solid understanding of process engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with water treatment, environmental technologies, and the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors.
  • Fluency in both German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor with strong consultative skills in customer interactions.
  • Strong affinity for technical products.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
  • Organized work style and a collaborative team player attitude.
  • Valid driver's license.
