In der Rolle als Senior Project Manager Brand Marketing bist Du und Dein Team die zentralen Ansprechpartner:innen für diverse Kanäle und Auftraggeber in Bezug auf alle Marketing-Projektanfragen (z.B. Einzelhandel, Gastronomie, Events, Tourismus, E-Commerce). Du agierst als Verbindungsglied zwischen den Auftraggebern, internen Kreativen, externen Dienstleistern und weiteren Abteilungen. Es gelingt Dir, den kreativen Anspruch mit den unterschiedlichen Anforderungen der Auftraggeber zu harmonisieren und alle Beteiligten gemeinsam zum Erfolg zu führen.

Der:Die ideale Kandidat:in bringt umfangreiche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Marketing mit Agenturerfahrung sowie eine Leidenschaft für Lifestyle und Mode mit. Du verfügst über ausgeprägte methodische und umsetzungsorientierte Fähigkeiten und sorgst dafür, dass alle Kampagnen und Aktionen in Bezug auf Zeit, Budget und Qualität erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind außergewöhnlich, und Du bist ein:e Meister:in im Stakeholder-Management.

Aufgaben
  • Du befähigst Dein Team, die End-to-End-Verantwortung für kanalübergreifende Marketing- und Kommunikationsprojekte zu übernehmen und leitest auch selbst Projekte.
  • Du bildest Dein Team von Projektmanager:innen aus und förderst deren Fähigkeiten im praktischen Umfeld, um ein Klima der Exzellenz und Effizienz zu schaffen und als gesamtes Brand Marketing Team kontinuierlich zu wachsen.
  • Zusammen mit Deinen wichtigsten internen Auftraggebern erstellst Du die halbjährliche Projektplanung und leitest daraus die Team-Zuweisung sowie die Verteilung auf kreative Ressourcen ab.
  • Du prüfst eingehende Briefings auf Machbarkeit innerhalb der vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Parameter (Zeit, Qualität, Budget) und erstellst Re-Briefings.
  • Du überwachst alle in Deinem Team erstellten Creatives und Kanal-Briefings.
  • Du definierst Prozesse und Projektmanagement-Standards für die erfolgreiche und effiziente Umsetzung von Planungen und Projekten, gibst neue Impulse und initiierst einen konstruktiven Review-Prozess - Deine Innovationskraft bringt neue Ideen und Konzepte zur Integration neuer Technologien hervor.
  • Konstantes Projektcontrolling sowie die Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts und die Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses hast Du in verschiedenen Kontexten erprobt und kannst diese agil und situationsbezogen anwenden und weitergeben.
  • Die eigenverantwortliche, effiziente Steuerung des Projektbudgets in Abstimmung mit den Budgetverantwortlichen liegt in Deiner Verantwortung; dabei pflegst und optimierst Du budgetrelevante Übersichten.
Qualifikationen
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium sowie mehr als acht Jahre Erfahrung im (Marken-)Marketing, idealerweise im Lifestyle-Sektor.
  • Exzellente Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer lösungsorientierten Denkweise sowie hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du bringst starke Führungs- und Personalmanagementerfahrung mit, möglicherweise auch Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops.
  • Du schätzt komplexe Prozesse und strebst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen an.
  • Tools wie Asana, Confluence und MS Office beherrschst Du mühelos.
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe emotionale Intelligenz und die Fähigkeit, ein breites Spektrum an Kolleg:innen und externen Partnern zu erreichen und mit ihnen zu kommunizieren.
  • Du überzeugst durch Ehrgeiz, Proaktivität und eine Hands-On-Mentalität und bist sicher in Deutsch sowie verhandlungssicherem Englisch.
