Job Title: Senior Project Manager Engineering

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager Engineering to join our team at Science Solutions Recruitment. As a Senior Project Manager Engineering, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from the initial development phase through to commissioning and startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical development of projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and financial standards.
  • Manage cost controls and ensure compliance with EHS requirements, particularly those related to Process Safety Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including EHS, Maintenance, and Plant Management, to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Business fluency in English and German.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills.
