Digital Incubation Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Incubation Manager. As a key member of our innovation team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions for our industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of innovation, digitalization, and strategy projects using cutting-edge working methods.
- Evaluate market trends, establish and maintain relationships with industry contacts, and secure long-term partnerships.
- Take on project management and responsibility for the implementation of industrial projects with renowned partners such as Bosch or Deichmann.
- Collaborate with our industry partners and team to develop and validate new business ideas.
- Oversee product, service, and business model innovations in close collaboration with our customers and partners.
- Co-lead and coach in our incubation programs, such as the Unternehmergeist-Saar program and our intrapreneurship programs.
Requirements:
- A completed degree, preferably with a focus on business, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Initial professional experience, ideally in consulting, innovation, digitization, or the start-up environment.
- Methodological experience with lean startup approaches, design thinking, and agile methods, as well as strong and proactive communication skills.
- A passion for working on innovations and convincing industry contacts to collaborate on new projects.
