About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Mergers and Acquisitions to join our team at Personalwerk Sourcing GmbH. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the due diligence process, including financial, operational, legal, and regulatory reviews
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure thorough evaluation of potential transactions
  • Assess risks and opportunities associated with potential deals
  • Develop and present deal proposals and recommendations to the executive team
  • Develop and implement integration plans for acquired companies
  • Monitor post-merger performance and implement necessary adjustments
Requirements
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong experience in due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation
  • Fluent English, German language skills a plus
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Superior negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
