Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as a fundamental aspect of your role
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with our valued clientele
  • Create a distinctive visiting and purchasing experience through engaging narratives about the artworks
  • Provide post-sales support to enhance customer loyalty
  • Assist in showcasing and managing the inventory of artworks
  • Participate in organizing and facilitating events, including openings and artist discussions
  • Interact with customers online through chat and video platforms
Your Profile
  • Several years of experience in retail, with a strong passion for sales and customer service
  • Preferred background in retail or qualifications in photography, art, or design
  • No prior knowledge of the art market is necessary; your enthusiasm and personality are what matter
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic
  • Stylish and confident presence
  • Ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks during quieter periods
  • Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are advantageous
