Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team in Rheinberg and Venlo. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to our global marketing activities, coordinating various marketing projects, and managing external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print and digital media
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze online marketing metrics
- Support the team in the analysis and evaluation of marketing performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
